Ready-to-print thermoform kit for a hollow square box
Ready-to-print thermoform kit for a hollow rounded-square box: heat a thin plastic sheet, press it between the female and male molds, and it forms a glossy rounded-square shell. Each shell closes onto a printed base plate, and the two halves join into one hollow box — no customization needed, just slice, print and form. The face is plain and smooth, with no logo or artwork, ready for your own stickers, paint or decorations. The formed square measures about 10 × 10 cm (design 99.5 × 99.5 mm).

EdgeRim closure: a glued edge rim — a snap band closes the pair, with an extra rim that keeps everything together with a single thread (one cap); no holes are cut
Material split: the molds are preferably printed in PETG so they don't stick to the PLA base when it gets hot during forming (PLA fuses to PLA; PETG doesn't); base plates, rim and connectors print in regular PLA
Plating options: the set includes a Full plate (everything at once) and Left/Right plates (one half each), plus separate Molds, Rim and Connectors files
