Thermoform kit for hollow heart ornaments with messages
Ready-to-print thermoform kit for hollow heart ornaments with a message on the front: heat a thin plastic sheet, press it between the female and male molds, and it forms a glossy heart-shaped shell. Each shell closes onto a printed base plate that carries the message lettering, and the two halves join with the screw cap + clip into one hollow hanging ornament — the cap doubles as the hanger for a ribbon or cord. No customization needed: slice, print and form.

30 ready-made messages plus a blank pair: 10 phrases in each of English, Portuguese and Spanish, plus Heart-Empty base plates with no lettering at all — for an unlettered heart or your own finish
Print the molds once, reuse for every message: the mold pair and the connectors are shared across all messages and sit once at the top of the ZIP
Size: each heart measures about 14 × 13 cm (the printed base plate is 142.7 × 131 mm) and the assembled ornament is roughly 5 cm deep (each formed half is 2.5 cm)
Material split: the molds are preferably printed in PETG so they don't stick to the PLA base when it gets hot during forming (PLA fuses to PLA; PETG doesn't); the base plates, cap and clip print in regular PLA
